KWAC CAPS “Back to Country” Trip with the ladies, children and the KWAC staff (April 2016)
KWAC’s CAPS Program recently hosted two “Back to Country” (BtC) Trips for the community men and women. These trips took place with assistance from Tropical Forestry Services.
The Men went out to Kingston’s Rest Station for an overnight trip. Riley Shaw from TFS was able to catch up with the guys and join in on some of the activities.
The Women had a full day out on Country on their BtC Trip. This trip was supported by Mental Health and Anglicare WA. A big thank you to Jo Warren & Karri for joining us on the day out, with a special thanks to Jo for also inviting the ladies to her home for Tea & Damper before the fishing began!
Below are some photos from the days out. If other organisations would like to take part in these BtC Trips, please contact our office
