Meeting room hire
You can hire our meeting room and have access to:
- conference room
- video conferencing set up
- conference tables and chairs
- white board
- use of outside bathrooms.
Please note:
- we will not set up the room
- no kitchen facilities included
- we will not clean up the room after, hirer is responsible.
Terms and conditions
1. Make sure that the room / area is left clean and tidy.
2. Stack all chairs (if applicable) and pick up any rubbish (there will be an extra charge for any extra cleaning services).
3. Please make us aware of any details that need attention (i.e. toilet facilities)
4. All keyboards, remotes etc. to be left in the room. If anything is missing at the end of your hire it will be included on your invoice.
Costs
Full day hire is $200
Half day hire is $100 (half day is either 8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm)
Tea/coffee and biscuits $3 per person
