Kununurra Waringarri Aboriginal Corporation’s Remote Community Connectors (RCC) program helps people across Kununurra and surrounding communities access, understand and make the most of their NDIS supports.

Meet Jemma Comeagain, KWAC’s NDIS Community Connector.

“My role is about connecting mob with the right supports, helping people understand the NDIS, and making sure community voices are heard in a culturally safe and respectful way. I’m here to walk alongside families and make the process easier.”

Jemma regularly travels throughout Kununurra and nearby communities and is available for a yarn, to answer questions, assist with applications and support people to navigate the NDIS journey.
