We deliver culturally grounded programs that strengthen and empower families, youth, and vulnerable individuals, led by Aboriginal staff.

Our guiding principle is ‘by community, for community, to strengthen community’, and our work is rooted in cultural knowledge, lived experience, and strong local connections. We are committed to community-led, culturally safe approaches that build stronger, healthier futures for Aboriginal families.

Community

Our Community Connectors  promote safety through daytime and nighttime outreach.

The Sober-Up Shelter offers a safe overnight space for intoxicated individuals.

NDIS Remote Community Connector facilitates people to access the NDIS and ensures they receive the full support of their plans.

Families

Children are Learning supports families to boost school attendance and educational outcomes through personalised learning plans.

The Strong Men’s Program empowers men with skill development, reflective growth and reconnection to culture in a safe, supportive space.

Youth

Our youth programs celebrate and build on young people’s strengths through culturally relevant activities that inspire purpose, pride, and connection.
