Important terms and conditions

  • Room set-up – you’ll need to arrange the space to suit your needs.
  • No kitchen facilities are included.
  • You must tidy the room at the end of your booking, including:
  • Disposing of any rubbish
  • Notifying us of any cleaning needs (e.g. toilet maintenance)
  • Leaving any provided items (e.g. keyboards, remotes) in the room.
  • Leave the furniture how you found it.

Please note: A cleaning or replacement fee will be charged if the room is left untidy or if any items are missing.

Hire costs

  • Full day (8am to 4pm): $200
  • Half day (8am to 12pm or 12pm to 4pm): $100
