At Waringarri, we’ve been supporting community in Kununurra for more than 45 years through culturally grounded, community-led programs that strengthen wellbeing, connection and culture.

As our organisation continues to grow, we’re excited to introduce a new role to our team Human Resources Coordinator.

This role is about more than HR processes. It’s about helping create a workplace where staff feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, optimism, creativity and strong people skills, someone who can help shape a positive and fulfilling employment experience across KWAC while keeping the organisation’s values and vision at the centre of their work.

The role can be based in either Kununurra or Darwin and is Part Time (approx. 20 hrs per week).
